New linear workflow that supports consistent gamma, color space, and custom Look Up Tables (LUTs) for more realistic lighting, and to maximize compositing flexibility in a 3D pipeline.

New MDD enhancements include support for Autodesk Geometry Cache that provide the freedom to move deformations and transforms between applications for an extremely flexible, extensible pipeline for animation, dynamics, effects, and rendering. Additional support includes COLLADA, FBX, and ZBrush interchange which lets artists transfer, load and save camera data, lighting, objects, UV and image maps, plus parenting hierarchies and more.
